Enjoyed how the twin room with a bathtub was arranged when we arrived. The location of this hotel really close to train station and city bus metro transport was reasonably priced and peaceful: )

I had a fantastic stay with spacious rooms and a great kettle and fridge! The breakfast is just a cafe voucher, but I would choose this place again.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent room facilities (free Wi-Fi) and close to Station. Don't be put off by the outside appearance - stepping inside is worth the effort.

Impeccably clean, lovely family run hotel with reasonably priced and quiet location near the Colosseum. What an extremely helpful staff. An a nice size room provided with a bathtub and LCD TV and a big comfortable bed. A lot of good food for meals.

The hotel was very close to the train station and the metro. It was easy to get to the metro to go sightseeing.
The rooms were a bit plain and spartan. Tile floors made the room seem cold and sterile.

The location was perfect for exploring Rome, especially being just a short walk from Termini. Marco's hospitality stood out, providing us with insider tips on must-visit places and eateries nearby.
My kids wished there were more entertainment options available on-site.

The hotel is well-located close to Termini station & the metro. Aside from the station itself, it is a nice part of town. The room was a bit on the small side, but still acceptable. The view was of a small courtyard, not very exciting. The room was not exactly immaculate but still acceptable. I would describe this hotel as acceptable for a couple of days in Rome, it was pretty good value for Rome in the high season. It is not unpleasant, but nothing to write home about. The staff were very pleasant & helpful, & breakfast was quite good.
See above, but still the shortcomings were acceptable in this price- range.

The triple room was spacious and clean, awesome. Loved having a kettle and fridge, super handy for snacks! Bottled water every day was a nice touch too. The room was super quiet at night, definitely blocked out street noise thanks to the good windows. But, there was a slight issue with the sink spilling water, although the staff was quick to help fix it. Matteo was really helpful with extra hangers and towels, so that was great!

Huge room with large bathroom and hall. Woke up to birds singing in the morning. Cute view of rooftops out the window. Felt like we were in an appartment not a hotel room. Fridge in room handy.Staff helpful and efficient.
Breakfast a bit ordinary, but the coffee was good.
